Summer

Whether you're canoeing, hiking, fishing, or relaxing lake-side in the region, you will be surrounded by Greenstone's exquisite beauty and tranquility.

The Kenogamisis Golf Club is situated along the picturesque shores of kenogamisis lake in Geraldton.  The Club features 18 holes designed by both Stanley Thompson and Les Furber.  Numerous tournaments are organized by the Club along with other smaller tournaments for the members and the community to join.

Famous tournaments such as the Golf For Gold and the Bergstrom attract golfers from around the province.

Being surrounded by lakes and rivers offers the convenience of canoeing, kayaking, swimming, hiking or simply relaxing on one of our many sandy beaches.

With over two dozen tourism operators in a spectacular setting of untouched wilderness, it's easy to find an opportunity to take family and friends on a camping excursion.

The Greenstone region also has mapped canoe routes for the more rugged outting.

The trail was created by and is maintained by the Ministry of Natural Resources.  It is a must-do hike for the amateur and professional hiker.
