Business Process Outsourcing

image Business process outsourcing is a form of outsourcing which involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of a specific business function to a third-party service provider.  Specific business processes such as IT, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Order Management, Insurance and Health Care are often outsourced to a third party provider.

It is estimated that there are currently more than 6,600 contact centres / business process outsourcing operations in Ontario and they employ more than 300,000 people.

With the availability of a bilingual workforce, local access to government funding, and available commercial property, Greenstone is an optimal location for a contact centre.
